Minimum Requirements
• C# Development minimum 3 years experience
• Web Development minimum 3 years experience
• SQL Server 2005/2008 minimum 3 years experience
• .NET Framework 3.5 / 4.0

Ideal Requirements
• Mobile Development using .NET Compact Framework
• WCF Data Services
• WPF / Silverlight
• NHibernate / Entity Framework
• Team Foundation Server
• Experience working with Biometrics devices (specifically fingerprint sensors)
• Experience using the DevExpress component suite
