Urgently need Seagate HDD Controller Board for ST3500320AS

Please if anyone could help . In desperate need , looking for a controller board for a Seagate 500 GB hard drive (ST3500320AS) If any one has one , please get in touch with me , Would be willing to purchase it, even the whole drive....

You don't need one if this is related to your other post. Simply swapping out the controller board does not work anymore as the drives firmware is generated from the unique Service Area on the actual disks so it differs from drive to drive.

I have that exact same drive but not parting with it, you could however send me your drive if you want some life in it again.

I had the same issue... fixed it with a modified nokia data cable and a youtube tutorial.
