Louisiana is an open-carry state, it has no assault weapons laws, no magazine capacity laws, it requires no permits or registration of firearms... so for the life of me I can't see anything wrong or illegal in that clip.

I have no idea why they do that. Why do you have news articles about celebrities political opinions? Recently Illhan is in the news due to alleged crimes.
