US ITunes Account not working... Need Netflix App

My US iTunes account does not want to work anymore. It wants me to update the details and there is no longer the no credit card option. I created a virtual visa on entropay and iTunes refuse to accept that card. I really need Netflix app for my IPad, but cannot seem to get access to US content anymore... Anyone have any advice?

I wonder if this is a general trend or specific to your account?

What happened exactly - how did it simply stop working?
 
Got it working with an old US ID. The issue seems to be with the new account I created a short while ago. It seems that creating a new US Apple ID is not going to be simple any more.

It should still work. They do IP checks now though, at creation that is.

If you had an Android Tablet I could have just linked you to the app.
