Us ITunes accounts

Morning All

Has anyone of you opened a us acc this past week or so ago I seem to be having problems creating one for a friend
I opened a few accounts already for people at work so I know the process
But I keep getting an error saying 'Please contact ITunes support' at the page where you enter the voucher and address details
May it be that Apple is blocking accounts created outside of your country?

The info I read you had to select a free app then create the US account, make sure you selected that
Did mine about a month ago and went fine with no problems
I still remember my address being some Mc Donalds in Brooklyn

Yip did it that way but no luck last last I created a account was in feb and it worked

I experience it alot with users on my forum. What I think it is - after a number of failed attempts (and possibly looking at your IP on top of this), it blocks you from creating an account by means of a sort of cookie, telling you to contact support. It is not an IP block which we confirmed in testing.
