Hi all
Wondering if anyone here has applied for a US visitor visa while not being employed - ie, being supported by their spouse.
If so - what kind of documentation was needed in order to prove that there's no intention to seek work / rely on USA funds etc for the duration of the stay?
This is complicated a bit by the fact that I don't need a visa - so it's not like I need to submit any kind of means testing or documentation or anything on my own behalf...

Thanks

The missus got herself a 10 year visitor's visa without any hassles. Not sure what documentation, if any, we had to submit - I'll ask her if she remembers.

I usually write a letter to say that I am paying for all expenses. Having them bring a bank statement also shows that they’re going to be traveling on fumes helps.
