USA prepaid

I'm going to the USA for a bit and would love to take my Blackberry with and have bbm.

Is there any prepaid service in the USA that will let me add-on BIS for a month (like we can in SA)?

Of course they do, I have been there countless times and yes, this will be no problem, just go to your nearest wireless store as mentioned above by Ocleroux.

AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, VirginMobile -- One of them should be able to help you out no doubt.
