I've always been fascinated by design and how that affects peoples use of certain products and services. Therefore, I only found it fitting to base my research paper on it for my Honours in Information Systems. I'm not sure if this is the best place for this type of post but I'm looking for participants that share a similar interest into finding out the extent to which usability of mobile apps affects use and brand loyalty of those mobile apps. I decided to focus on mobile apps within the food industry, particularly restaurant discovery mobile apps.
