I am on the 1gig cap, and I remember the one month it showed something like 250 meg, but I received a SMS saying that's it, we are raiding your bank account.
I complained, and was told to upgrade the dashboard. Which I did. Which did not sort out the problem.
Then someone suggested I buy a data counter for 30 dollars. I asked who at Vodacom I should send the bill to, since they will obviously pay for the counter, as the one supplied by them does not work.
No answer.
So now I pray every month.
The problem now is that since I don't know how much I am using, I always have around 200 meg that I loose every month!!! You don't carry it over, so I loose, even though it's Vodacom's fault for supplying crap software.
