Last year I set a R50.00 notify and lock usage limit on my 1Gb 3G service. In January I went over my limit and the lock was activated. On the 3 Feb when I tried to use my 3G at 08h00 I was informed that it was soft locked and could not connect. I phoned Vodacom and requested that the lock be removed and was told that it would take between 1 hour and 24 hours to do. I have just tried my 3G and it is still locked. Vodacom admit that the request is still pending and offered to transfer me to accounts but actually cut me off. My ref no is: 822289223
The other thing that I find suspect is that my usage details on Vodacom4me states that I have used 13.44Mb in February. How, they can't tell me.
