Usage reports broken again

We are still experiencing issue and are hoping for a solution this evening.

Broken - again? Or only me? No emails and the website shows 0 on all fields. Should I go wild?
 
You know... we are all such suckers.

Usage reports can never be broken, heads would frikken roll... it is (on the other hand) advantageous to cut users off from reliable usage information at certain times.

Not one for conspiracy theories but this happens on Vodacom and other networks all the time... it is just too convenient.
 
Thats what I am thinking, suspecting even.

Usually I have >1gig (3.5GB package) on hand in the last week of the month, and I am able to control usage so that our month end at the office does not suffer. Now with 9 working days we already hitting the limit - which is a surprise because usage was light - no rmvb files ;-) this month.

So am I expected to pull out the credit card and buy more bandwith? Okay - only at R70/GB or below.
 
Who writes such crappy tracking software? Or is it not the software?

And don't they have computers to sort this kind of stuff out?
 
For the last 2 or 3 days my Data usage has not moved. It's shows the same data amount via email and the iBurst website.

Now it would be great to download the whole day without it depleting, but I don't want to take a risk and run out of data before the end of the month.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah it been stuck alright and also webmail is not working either or is just too demn slow to connect too. Very annoyed.
