I'd say, that it's sedoparking, cause it's not suppose to me neotel.com, it's neotel.co.za

Dont confuse the UT as the system for our billing.
The Ut is a secondary system to be implemented that communicates with the bill system. So the UT is not associated at all or linked in anyway currently (considering it hasnt even been launched yet) to our usage billing.
The UT will only be there AS A NOTIFICATION SYSTEM TO SMS/MAIL YOU YOUR CURRENT DATA USAGE AT THE TIME STIPULATED BY YOURSELVES. This in no way is the billing system

Please advise me what my usage is for this month!! Your call centre cannot assist me!! No surprise there!!
 
Does the call centre have the ability to tell you whether you have exceeded your cap and that you are nou using "out of bundle" data?
