For me, it is the people at the grassroots level who have not been educated properly and do not understand what is going on who will judge whether I have delivered on the promises I have made regarding service provision. Even though I have already broken those promises since the last time I made them, and please don't mention any other sectors where I made promises, lets just stick to service provision.
