USB Disconnect Sound

My computer keeps randomly playing the USB disconnect sound even though nothing is being connected or disconnected. Any idea what it is?

I once set the email notification sound to the USB disconnect sound and it drove a family member bonkers one evening.

I get this sound too when my bluetooth audio is disabled from time to time... is this your mac in bootcamp windows or another pc ?

It's a pc running windows.
