hey guys,
not sure if any of you have used one of these cards before. It has been working like a bomb for the months I've had it.but now recently something strange happens
The software loads up and I can see the picture. But as soon as a clear picture is found the signal scrambles to just that static screen. If I unplug the antenna and put it back in,it maintains a clear picture for like 3 seconds then scrambles again.
What's also weird is that I can watch something fine if the antenna is plugged in at an angle and the picture is not clear.But as soon as I plug it in normally and get a good picture,it scrambles. I've tried another antenna somewhere else in the house.Same thing. I also installed and setup the usb on a seperate pc. Same weird issue where it scrambles on a perfect picture. I'm presuming the board on the card has fried in some way?
Damn these tv cards are never stable right.
It is a compro videomate series card. I mean there isnt even diagnostic software,I've looked around.Haha sorry guys I don't even know why I'm asking for advice...the card must be fckeddd!
