I had a 1.1 USB onboard card in my PC, I replaced it with a Iptime 2.0 USB card.loaded the hardware and software.plug my USB ext_cable,phone cable.but everytime I plug something in, the PC freeze up, I must then reboot it to continue. It's becoming annoying. Please advise and help.

check for updated versions of the driver?

is the items your plugging into the usb card self powered on to they rely on the card to power them?

whats your power supply like?

has the usb controller reserved the correct bandwith, 10% is the default?

Had a VERY similar problem. When ever I plugged in ANY USB device onto ANY of my USB ports, my PC would slow down dramatically, sometimes freezing up. So, what I did is...format my Hdd, reinstall Windows and problem was solved. Just make sure you are running the latest service pack and update for Windows.

I think you might be having power problems if your devices are relying on the USB power (ie. drawig to much power)
