USB ports wont power off

Hi guys

Just wanted to get some advice. New thing, last few days where my USB ports stay on after shutdown. It was never a problem before. I have checked in the bios for wake on usb settings etc, and disabled fast boot in win10. But the usb ports still stay on, and i need them OFF due to whats plugged into them, led's which then stay on at night time which is annoying.

Any ideas? Its a MSI Krait z370 mobo

In bios: Settings > Advanced > Power Management Setup, turn off EuP 2013 (based on: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=289628.0).

You have it plugged into a red USB port?

Do you have the supercharger service and/or app running?

Bios settings didnt change anything
