Have a business Broadband Connect Wireless Lite contract.
For some reason the router stopped working(dongle light does not come on), logged a call, and have been waiting since 31 December.
Vodacom is taking their sweet time on this and in the meantime I am internet-less.
They have a disclaimer on their site:
Is there any way I can use the dongle directly on my PC despite their warning?
Windows does see it and I can connect, but it stays on "No internet access"

Disclaimer:
The Broadband Connect Wireless Lite service consists of a Broadband router (Huawei HG659), a Dongle and a SIM card. To use the service as intended, install the SIM into the dongle and connect it to the Broadband router by inserting it into one of the 2 USB ports available. Should any of these service elements be used separately, Vodacom will not be able to support the service and connectivity will be lost. The HG659 broadband router that is wireless LAN-enabled can handle up to 25 wireless LAN connections
