Hi

I am looking a buying a used car. One option is VW 2003 1.6 Estate from a dealer ship for 69k with 290k on the clock and the other is a VW 1.9 TDI 2007 for 49k with 150k on the clock from private owner. So all I want to know is which is better . Or should I look somewhere else.

You need to be specific which VW model range you are referring to.

The 1st option is obviously a Golf 4 (Estate). That price is fooking high + the mileage. Run away.

2nd option is what? 1.9 TDI Polo or Golf? It does matter. R49k needs context.
