Hi Guys,
After servicing my Bakkie over the weekend I ended up with just shy of 6L of motor oil.
This got me thinking, Motor Oil can be recycled and used again for various other things. Currently as far as my knowledge goes you have to drive to a landfill that has the facility to dispose of this oil or collect this oil. All good and well, but why are we not being paid for recycling our oil? Obviously someone is making money from this recycled oil and I want a slice of this pie
Anybody knows how this Oil recycling in SA works? Why is there no places that pay for the used oil like they do with scrap metal?
Was thinking one can start a nice business where you collect used oil and resell it to the recyclers or something like that.
Anyway, if you have any info please share it ...
