Useless axxess support system / apn issues

Has anyone else ever had luck with the axxess support ticket system regarding response times.

Make a ticket.... Wait a day or 2 for a reply, see no reply. Then you end up phoning them either way.

On another note, anyone else having issues with the axxess apn today and yesterday. Refuses to work (3g/4g) although it does connect, switch back to mtn apn and everythin works fine

Never had luck with their support. Waited up to 2 weeks sometimes
