After spending hours on the phone to CoCT reporting faults (blocked and flooded subway and leaking fire hydrant) and getting 4 different reference numbers. all of which I was told had been closed, I instituted a complaint with CoCT Ombudsman in October
The following week I received an email asking for POPI agreement, to which I agreed
Since then I have received the same email 3 times
Seems like a make-work occupation, this Ombusdman.
The flooded subway has been out of action for over 6 months. Bergies crap on the stairs and throw rubbish in the water
