I have been a customer of Iburst for about 2 year now and their accounts department is the worst lot of people that I have ever dealt with. I change the package from pro 10 plus to the uncapped service for R599 per month. The month that the package was change I was advised to pay R599 plus a package change fee of R99 which was payed - this is what the accounts department informed me that has to be paid. So that means from the next month the only total that is due is R599pm of which i pay R600 every month. Now I get told that there is still money that is owed to Iburst from my previous account which is utter bull**** as according to my calculation the account is up to date.
No wonder everyone that I know complains about Iburst accounts department as they do not know how to do their work. Iburst appears to be a sinking ship where the rats are trying to get as much as possible out of you before they go down.
