Without any invites to local torrent sites, or playing dota online... Having a Local Cap seems kinda useless. Is there a way to give my 20Gb local cap away to someone that can actually use it?

Still, there must be a better way to utilize a local cap. No wonder Telkom doesn't care handing out soft-caps for local use: Few people can actually use it...
i started playing those addicting games or some other flash game sites cause i think the guys on the forum said its local.

but i have to wait until end of the month to try and find any sites that will work like that.
i use http://search.live.com it works with local
use mnet.co.za to watch stupid video's
are there any sites to upload data like http://megaupload.com
but i can't find a site like http://keepvid.com to download video's
but how about email?? they only allow files of up to like only
10mb but how about spliting the files up and then send the files then combine then again?? would take way to long but its worth a shot

Geez. I want to get capped at the end of the month JUST to be able to use local for downloading. Then again, that's just me...

Hmmmm... I've got an idea. What about a Local Online Cinema? All it does is stream random movies... kinda like having the MM Channel on your pc. That should entertain the bored people here in SA...

I agree - local is useless. I might as well have 300GB of local cap - can't use any of it.

It does actually make sense...
Because this is how cruel SA is... Its the end of the month, you're flat broke. AND then you cant even misuse the internet because your cap is blown. No wonder the crime rate is so high... the people are bored! (Idle hands...)
and someone with enough cap left has just had their pc stolen by someone who wants to misuse the internet on your account.

Who is this we?
In Gmail settings tell it to forward the mail in the inbox to an email addy you got when signing up with any ISP, and presto. This way, even if you chage ISP's you still have your Gmail email address for life! Just change the forwarding address if you switch ISP's.

no man i mean where to get data ie movies,games,music etc.. to get into ur gmail account so u can download using ur adsl email account

I simply forward my gmail to a local address and download the mail using a mail client.
I don't download games, music, movies, etc... as it is illegal... and we don't discuss illegal anything on this forum.

I don't use Telkom as my ISP...
I just forward my regular email to my local account so I don't use as much international space... it's a lot more expensive you know...
