Please can you look into my account and sort this out? I have a 10/5 uncapped line and this is the performance I am getting, frequently.

I want an explanation of why my speeds are so terrible. If you think it's FUP, give me specific usage figures so I can see whether or not I agree with you.

I have reset my PC, router, closed any other programs, check what is using the connection - it is literally just my PC in windows. No updates, no games, no phones, no other apps.

Trying your help line is a joke so please respond here.

Yea I'd ideally like to get my existing setup working as per my invoice.

It's not happening. Mweb sucks hard. Get your cancellation processed asap, as their cancellation policy is the worst. You'll only be free from July.

Cancellation forms will be sent shortly; pricing, user testimonials and response times all seem to indicate I'd be better off elsewhere.
