Useless Nashua Mobile

After 40 min with Nashua Mobile customer services yesterday and another 20min today, problem not resolved, ****en idiots.
After 10 min with Vodacom customer Service problem solved.

Have i made a mistake in taking a contract with Nashua Mobile or are there only a handful of idiots working there?
