Last night I phoned Mweb and this is why they say my speeds are down, telkom has decided to put d-slam equipment on my exchange and as far as his test go I have a 4 meg line but from the echange to my house telkom cut it to 512 kb/s.
Now my question is, is it telkom is it mweb or is it a problem in england as reported by Mweb CEO?
