I have yet to have a conversation with Dylan or someone about this so I will moderate my tone.
At the end of last week I could not login to my iBurst email. Dylan said it was just a password issue and he had reset the account. It then worked.
This Thursday night I surfed happily. I got up at 05h00 to do some urgent work on Fri am and could not log in. I had to go into the office. I emailed the helpdesk and they said that they had no authentication issues and I should create a new PPOE connection and try again.
I get in late Fri night (after helpdesk is closed
) and cannot login. I phone helpdesk this morning and they read my login name to me and .... it has changed!!!!
This is wierd. Was this part of their user system change over? Has somebody been trying to hack user accounts (thereby creating a lockout on my mail)? I am one of the users whose bandwidth mysteriously all got used - I track at about 300MB max, WBS reports 6GB).
