I have had worse, why just last night it was worse. I wait in earnest for roll out to be completed. especially in Florida Hills.

Yup, Had similar speeds as above.

Its not great at all outside the coverage areas.

It is EDGE elsewhere. I regularly get 200kbps on it, which is close to max.
