Userstats accessiblity

I'm unable to access the Telkom online userstats website from this month's beginning or last months end.........anyway, sometime it goes in, but takes forever! Anybody else experiencing the same problem, just want to know whether this is a Telkom, ISP or maybe problem on my side.........

I used to often have problems logging in, but not for the last month or two. I've just logged in now without a problem.

i have 2 accounts, one are working 80% off time (capped), The uncapped one doesn't wanna go in...

I also had problems. Using my ISP's site instead and it works

Mine only works if I turn Kerio Firewall off????????

my ISP, DataPro, don't have one.......must use Telkom's.....
