Userstats failed connection

For a long time I am unable to connect to https://userstats.adsl.saix.net.
After entering username and password the screen shows this:
Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.
Apache/2.2.29 (Unix) mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.12.5 Server at userstats.adsl.saix.net Port 80
I have no way to correct username or password can you please help me restoring this connection.

I've just tested it, in Firefox, the username and password option comes up, and I logged in with my ADSL details.

edt: Get the correct username and password.

works with afrihost account as well. but i havent used this for over 10 years . Check directly with your ISP is possible?

My problem now is I have to get my correct user name and password since it as been long I connect last, can you please let me know the place where I can get this information.
