Just remember those corn kernels takes a looooooooong time to digest. Just a headsup.

Looks awesome, which bread machine do you use?
None. I make it myself, most of my flour mixes and bread recipes comes from sites like these: (proper electric scale is key and a standmixer if you have)

Ah thanx for that, I make killer breads but lazy now
I want a machine i just throw kak in and press a button and walk away.

And like a toaster after some amazing drinking time, Voila, there she is. A delicious hot thing to melt my mouth into.

Do all bread machines have timers? Can I gooi ingredients into it at 6pm before I am hammered and set a timer so that next morning at 8am there is a fresh hot loaf popping out?

Me too, but it is what it is.

The best bread results I get from a combination of wild and instant yeast where you premix the wet with a bit of instant, let it and and activate, then add in the flower, let it rise, remix it, let it rise outside for hour or two or in the refrigerator overnight. That is the longest running process I use sometimes, but normally I prep it, incubate in the oven if cold, let it rise and bake.

I haven't baked a bread in a few weeks, so I'm upkeeping my wild yeast and the discard I use for flat breads/pizza/other. Btw best flat breads I've found is to use plain yogurt instead of milk, water and/or cream for hydration.

I'm gonna wait until I have enough eBucks to buy the Russell Hobbs one
Hopefully by Christmas time I will have enough

I finally got the Mellerwear Ma Baker III a few weeks ago
Ive made 2 awesome huge white loaves
And a dough for my garlic naans using greek yoghurt
I love this machine
