Hi all, I hope you can help.
We had a power surge that killed our rain 101 router. We ordered a replacement and it came quick enough.
However we have not been able to use the new router. It has not connected to the network once in a week now.
Using the ask rain function leads to several reboots (both remote and manual) that makes no difference. I've tried to escalate the issue but I have about 5 unanswered tickets at this point.
When I contacted the help line they said the new device has not been registered to our account but they corrected it taking serial number info etc.
It's been more than a week and there is simply no useful support. I am at my wits end, what can I do?
