please help me and show we what i should do to get it back..

there is probably a sql database backup among the files he sent you. You need to import it into your current webhost's database.

Chances are the file will be in a zip file or a .sql file

Can't really remember the exact cPanel layout, but there should be an icon for "Database" or "SQL" something or other. Click on it (or just click randomly until you find something that allows you to upload a database file) and find the import or restore option, wherein you should be able to upload and restore your database.

All normal web pages go in the /public_html directory. This is under the root or home directory.
If there is indeed a SQL database then you need to import it. Try finding PHPMyAdmin under your Database section. There you should see an option to import.

Sounds to me like a whitespace problem. That basically means your code has holes in it. What program have you been using to edit the code? If you have been using Notepad switch to Wordpad and vice versa, then make sure there are not large gaps between your code.
