Using Galaxy 10 S-Pen on Win 10 Tab?

Having tried the Google being your friend to obtain difinutive answers if a Galaxy 10 Tab S-Pen wil function on a Window PC or Tab with touch screen?
1) Writing/Drawing on the screen?
2) Charging the S-Pen power source?
3) Pairing with the Windows PC Bluetooth?

short answer no you cant use it on anything besides the note range
long answer the screens in the note range has an extra digitiser that induces an electromagnetic field made specifically to power the s-pen range (*fun fact there is no battery in the s-pen this is how its powered), unlike other styluses use capacitive stylus which works on any screen. so if your screen has this digitiser (which i doubt since its Samsung proprietary tech) then it can work , but like i said short answer no , go buy a cheap stylus.
