Using HD...

My monitor says its HD ready. now how do i activate it or whatever,because i dont see a difference...:confused:

If you're talking about TV, you will only see high definition when there is a high def signal going into it like a blu-ray player or PS3 / XBox 360 or similar. HD TV will only be here at the end of 2008 - mid 2009.

Computers already output at a "HD" resolution i.e. 1024x768 and upwards.
 
But are you trying to play a game in HD or do you have a movie in HD coz otherwise I don't think you're gonna see anything diff.
 
oh lol i thought my desktop was supposed to look more crisp and beautiful..

if u use torrents then go download an IMAX documentery and the see, i run those and it looks awesome, and that's only 720P.
 
Heh, they are not being small in size eh :eek: ...... d@mn my 384 connection :D (although it is going at 51kb/sec for some reason :D)
 
i got one, 700mb, a full IMAX documentery/expedition where they show people going to Everest. damn good quality. true some are big but this is a normal movie size.
i'll try find the link
