Using iPad to draw on computer - app?

Hi guys.

I'm looking for a way that I can connect my iPad to my PC, draw on the iPad and have the result appear on my screen. My plan is to record my desktop, while I write on the iPad. Is something like this possible?

There's an app called itap for both apple and Android devices. It basically turned your pad/phone into a remote mouse controller via wi-fi.

You could open your pc drawing app and use Itap to manipulate your mouse. (Nothing appears on your pad device though, it's a blank screen or a virtual keyboard.)

Very useful app though regardless.
