Using Nokia 5230 as dashcam

Hey All

I have decided to start using my Nokia 5230 as a dash cam.

I "modified" the original Nokia bracket to allow the camera lens to take videos when mounted. (Unmodified means that the camera lens is blocked by the mounting bracket).

But now I have a problem - the suction cup is in the way

If I rotate the phone by 90 degrees, I have unrestricted view, but how do I get to rotate the resultant video 90 degrees back? What software do I use?
