Using NZBs

So I want to move over to using NZBs to download my stuff - I don't even mind paying a fee every month for the service - I just want something that I can get decent speeds and lots of content.

However I have no idea how NZBs work or how to set it up.

Can someone provide me a 101 on how to setup this and which servers to use? (Free or not)

I want to watch stuff Netflix doesn't offer. I am already paying or Futubox. However I don't want to stream all the time either.

Get a premium account with supernews. It's the best.

Then get SabNZBd and read the countless guides on the internet to set it up.

In short, you grab the nzb file from any nzb site (eg. http://www.nzbsa.co.za) and load it into SabNZBd.

Done.
