Using Putty to log on to a DMZ server through adsl

As the title suggests, anyone know how to set putty to tunnel through to a pc on a network which has been set to DMZ on a netgear router? Is this possible?
I have the ASDL port IP. And the specific computer IP address too.
Should I maybe be using the gateway IP?

Not sure about Netgear specifics, but I'm able to tunnel through the internet to my Smoothwall's public IP address using putty as follows:
- ip address (actually I use a dynamic DNS hostname) and port number 222 (this is specific to smoothwall - you should probably use 22)
Connection > SSH > Tunnels:
- local port 222, destination my.dns.name:222
If you need https access you might also forward local port 443 to localhost:443

The target PC's address is a public IP address, isn't it? Otherwise this is never going to work.
