Using Telkom wifi Hotspot with a Windows 10 laptop.

Hi everyone.

Does anyone know how to get this right? I've spoken to their live chat and been to both Greenstone sites and no one can help me.

I've followed all the steps up to setting up my password but when I try connect to the Hotspot it just says "can't connect to this network".

Is there some way to set up the EAP-PEAP on windows 10 that I'm missing or something??

I went into a Telkom store today with my laptop to try and get this working. The technician in store was totally useless, but what he did say, is that you can only connect to the Wifi on your cellphone, not on your laptop. He said it hasn't been working on the laptop for about 2 years (!?!).

So we tried to get it working on my cellphone and eventually - without any help from him, but following the instructions on the Telkom website - I got it working on my cellphone. Perhaps now that I showed the technician how to do it, he'll at least be able to help future customers! (PS This was for a cellphone that doesn't have my Telkom mobile account SIM in it)

Can anyone confirm that you simply can't connect anymore to 1TelkomConnect via laptop?
