*only one router can be switched on with the account details* ie, Work Router switched on bet 8am - 5pm > Home Router off and Home Router On 5:01pm - 7:59am > Work Router Off

The new axxess uncapped allows 2 concurrent connections but speed is shared as in 4 mbit shared 2 x 2mbit at each location.

No not concurrent. They had to disconnect access to my uncapped account on my "phone line" and reactivate it on the new line I was at for the weekend. Was done in a matter of minutes.

Is this possible at all?

Not in the sense of concurrent connections running at the full account speed, no. IS resellers can allow concurrent connections, but the speed will be split. Most ISP's will lock your account to a specific telkom phone number, although some let you specify multiple numbers to allow access from, or unlock access completely.
