I need a stereo amplifier to drive some old 80watt Kenwood speakers I got. I am thinking of getting two TeLi A6 12v amplifiers since I need true stereo setup. My questions is how do I wire it for the maximum output?

Why not use mono block amps instead? That way you won't waste any channels.

Well because I can get those for cheap. So hence the question as to what is the best way to use them.

Info is sketchy and conflicting on that amp.

Setup1 is only using half of each amp. You might as well just use one amp in that case.

Setup2 bridges 2 channels to make one channel out of each amp, thus extracting full power. But who knows if bridging channels is even possible on that amp.

This looks like a China town grade product, so I wouldn't expect quality sound or specs that match reality.

I read some user reviews on those amps over at Amazon and they do seem OK for the price. But someone did mention that they are not true stereo amps and you would need a pair for proper stereo.

Is this something for the car or for the house and what's the impedance on the speakers?

I would forget about that amp and rather look for an old used quality amp. NAD, Denon, Teac, etc. They float about on gumtree, cash converters, etc fairly cheaply.

Maybe I'll check in at cash converters and see what they have. We had a nice Sansui A-60 but I can't find it.

Thats quite a bit so if you want to use them fully you will need to spend a bit more. Are you looking just to play some music or do you want them to play flat out? The 2channel Targa amp would at a guess do 30-35watt rms at 8ohms.
