Hi All,

Can someone explain how to make local calls from your PC to local 0860 numbers? I have Vopi Stunt which I use very successfully to dial people overseas, but I have no idea how to dial the 0860 numbers, and also to enter options " dial 1 for sales" either ....

any ideas?

Thanks
Vic

Where are you based? In South Africa?

To select options from an IVR you must have the right DTMF signalling solution. I mostly use SIP info. If that doesn't work try RFC2833. Inband doesn't work on IP solutions so that might be your problem.

Hi There,
I am using 3CX and I can dial any number and it connects. it is also sending the DTMF using RFC833 works fine.

Regards

Tim
