USSD codes for SMS balance checking

Hi
I am using a SIM808 GPRS module/modem in a new product development.
I need the USSD codes to check MTN, Vodacom and CellC SMS balance. I have MTN ( *136# followed by 00 to exit)
Vodacom I believe has a second option to select and then I dont know how to exit, and CellC I have no information on.

Any help will be appreciated.
