Hi, I have seen one ussd command that gives all the balances(airtime, sms, data) here in the forums but I cant find it now. Can anybody help me?

thanks. I ve just found it on other thread.
My humble apologies but I suspect this one is not free USSD service. I sent CB (Call Balance) to 31050 and discovered this USSD is NOT FREE.

I did *111*502# on my BlackBerry and it said i have:
R780 airtime (which is correct) and,
1432 MB data,
how is the data balance correct. Or is that just the balance of the BIS before they start to throttle me or something?

I don't have BIS but I do have a data bundle which according to *111# I have 11.99Mb left. If I *111*502# then it says I have 12280Mb left... 12280/1024 = 11.99... So somewhere some vodacom tech forgot to convert to megabytes from kilobytes in their algorithm and just left the units as Mb!

Nicely spotted. That makes sense

I think he meant all codes starting *111*...

Tnx but I will have confirmation when receiving detailed itemised billing statement later next month, that will determine if *111* 502# is Free or not.
I suspect that the banking sector USSD Codes (Cellphone Banking) are not free but we will wait and see when the Itemised Statement arrives.

Please keep us updated. I used the *111* codes on Vodacom pre-paid and contract for a long time and have never been charged for using them.

Just received confirmation that *111*502# is zero rated.

Hi all. Is there a way to use USSD to get the balance from a different Sim? I need a way to query another SIM remotely in a datalogger that is not easily accessible and check the remaining data balance. I have been unable to find any solution from MTN SA..Any help will be appreciated.
