USSD commands via 3G router

Hi

I have an 8ta/Huwaei E367 modem connected via a TP-Link MR3420 3G router to my PC. It all works extremely well. However, if I want to send the USSD code #188* to obtain my 8ta data usage statistics I have to switch off the router and connect the E367 directly to the PC. Only then can I access the 8ta dashboard. This is very inconvenient. Is there a way to access the USSD command process via the router?

I wish that it was that simple!

I tried to change my email address from 081,etc,[email protected] to [email protected]. The procedure went smoothly until it tried to send a verification/activation email to me. This never arrived so I had to resort to asking the 8ta support people to change it manually. This they did but my account profile is still waiting for the verification/activation code and will not allow me to access my account. I have asked them to release the block but they don't seem to understand what has happened. Here is the message that I get after logging on:

Change Username Incomplete
You've requested to change your username but did not activate the url (link) in the email sent to you. In order to complete the process, please click on the url (link) in the email. Email lost? Please log in with your old username and request a username change again.

I tried to reverse my request for a name change but this also did not work.

So this is why I would like to use the USSD commands through the router.
