Any way to cancel this without having to speak to someone? It's a phone that other people use and they're forever taking out airtime 'loans' so when it comes time to topup airtime, MTN claims all it's debt and eats all the topup.

I tried all kinds of USSDs and the app, none worked. I then logged a call with support and after 3 levels of canned messages it finally got turned off for me.
