Hi I where can I go to have my utd modem repaired?

Insufficient data: it's no good suggesting iBurst head office in Sandton if you're in some outlying (like PE) area, now is it?

Heh, as I thought ..kinda puts the kibosh on suggesting Sandton, dunnit? But, in a manner of speaking, Slaapstad is a major metropol so why not ask "support" (sorry, but you just have to suffer through this one) where to take/send it in CPT?

If you get slooooww download speeds, its probably not broken

Just as a side note: Usually these kind of electronic devices are not repairable by design, so good luck

LOL! I did cancel my subscription but I was having second thoughts. If it can't be repaired I think i'll go adsl.

What exactly is wrong with it?

I've had 2 UTD's in the last week that were dead and it turned out to just be blown power supplies. iBurst will send you a replacement for around R200 or you can take your chances on a 9v / 1.2A powersupply from your local electronics shop.
