Utility to see Network Usage?

Hello,

Is there a utility where I can see who is connecting to my server and exactly what they are connecting to ie. a network drive or a website through the proxy? Or can I maybe just use one of the standard tools on Windows 2k server?

You could use Solarwinds I think

hmmm.... from 2000 dollars, maybe cheaper to let them use the companies bandwidth...

What about MRTG?

Just search for packet/traffic sniffer. I used to have quite a few free ones but I've forgotten what they're called.
